These sets can be their own set, such as dragon vault, or double crisis, or they can be parts of other sets, such as the Radiant Collections in Generations and Legendary Treasures. Some sets are minisets, containing closer to 40 different cards. I previously opened a case of Dark Explorers, which got me one secret rare and 3 ultra rare per box (18 total).
4 boxes have 6 ultra rare and 2 boxes have 5. In total I got 2 secret rares and 34 ultra rares.
The variance of each set is smaller than 3-7 though, as an example, I opened a case (6 booster boxes packaged) of Break Point. Generally one would expect 3-7 ultra rares per box, and a secret rare every third box. This is due to many factors, such as each set containing different amounts of cards (110 give or take 30 or so), different amounts of each card of said rarities, and straight out different pullrates, for whatever reason. Each set has it's own variance of the chance to get holo rares, ultra rares, and secret rares.
